At LEMAR TECHNOLOGY GROUP, we prioritize transparency and customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy clearly establishes the conditions under which we grant refunds for our services and products. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Non-Refundable Products and Services
1.1 Downloadable Content (eBooks):
Our eBooks are final sale, non-refundable, and delivered instantly as digital products.
- Once a purchase is complete, customers gain indefinite access to the content.
- Refunds cannot be issued because the product is delivered immediately and is non-returnable.
- Please ensure that you review the product description and suitability for your needs before purchase.
1.2 Business Credit Starter Subscription:
The Business Credit Starter Subscription is a monthly recurring service designed to help businesses establish and improve their credit profiles.
- This service is billed monthly at $24.95, with auto-renewal until the user cancels the subscription.
- Payments for this subscription are non-refundable once processed, even if you cancel the subscription mid-cycle.
- Customers may cancel their subscription at any time via their account dashboard, and no further charges will occur after cancellation.
- Refunds will not be issued for previously billed months, as services for those periods have been fully rendered.
2. Refund Eligibility for Multimedia Services
2.1 Completed Services:
All Multimedia services require a $30 deposit that we apply to the final invoice. Depending on the project complexity, Lemar will inform the customers of a transparent price before services begin. If the customers agree, the final payment is collected, and the services will begin. Refunds are not available for multimedia services that have been fully delivered and accepted by the customer. Lemar considers services complete once we deliver the agreed-upon services to the customer and the customer confirms satisfaction.
2.2 Delayed or Incomplete Services:
We aim to deliver services promptly. However, if a project remains incomplete due to factors within Lemar’s control and is beyond the agreed-upon timeframe, the customer will receive a full refund. We may issue full refunds for projects or services that are significantly delayed and incomplete due to Lemar’s actions or inaction. Customers must provide clear evidence of delays or incomplete services when submitting a refund request.
2.3 Partial Refunds:
When a project is partially complete, we may issue a partial refund for the value of the work not yet delivered. We calculate the refund amount based on the scope of work completed and documented progress up to the date of the refund request.
2.4 Customer-Initiated Cancellations:
If a customer chooses to terminate Multimedia services mid-project, we assess any eligibility for a partial refund based on the work completed. However, if the customer cancels on the first day of the service, they will receive a full refund.
3. Consultation Services
3.1 Types of Consultation Services
LEMAR offers three types of consultations:
- Life Coaching
- Business Credit Coaching
- Multimedia Services (Graphic Design / Video Editing)
3.2 Non-rendered services
If we’re unable to provide services for any reason, we won’t charge for the consultation and refund any deposit that the customer has made. The decision on a non-rendered service depends on the customer’s need and on whether it falls within our scope of support.
4. Refund Process and Requirements
4.1 How to Request a Refund:
You must request a refund via our dedicated refund request form on our website. The form must include:
- Customer’s name and contact details.
- Details of the product or service in question.
- Proof of purchase or payment.
- A clear description of the reason for the refund request.
4.2 Processing Time:
- We review Refund requests within 7-10 business days of submission.
- If approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
4.3 Disputes:
- If a customer disputes a refund decision, they may contact our support team for further review.
- You must submit your dispute within 30 days of the decision on the initial refund request.
5. Terms for Net30 Accounts
5.1 Payments made under our Net30 accounts are subject to the same refund terms as other services.
5.2 Late or missed payments under Net30 terms are not eligible for refunds and incur fees/penalties.
5.3 Purchases made with Net30 accounts for downloadable content are subject to the non-refundable terms outlined in section 1.
5.4 Purchases made with Net30 terms for Consultation services do not require a deposit, but the final invoice amount is due within 30 days from the completion of services.
6. Exceptions and Limitations
6.1 Exclusions:
We won’t issue Refunds for delays or errors caused by third-party services, such as Experian Commercial for credit reporting. For all Issues regarding credit reporting inaccuracies, please direct them to the respective credit bureau.
6.2 Third-Party Dependencies:
We assess refund eligibility for services reliant on third-party integrations on a case-by-case basis. LEMAR is not responsible for third-party service interruptions or changes that may impact service delivery.
7. Changes to this Policy
LEMAR retains the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time, and we will publish updates on our website with a new “Effective Date.” Customers are encouraged to review the policy regularly to remain informed of any changes.
