BUSINESS CREDIT STARTER

What basic information do I need to signup?

Your business must have the following qualifications:

⁃ Business registered in the state in which you reside (Sole proprietorships doesn't qualify).
- Employer Identification Number (EIN) 
- Control Owner Personal Details
- Business Details

 

Who do you report to?

We report your accounts to Experian Commercial. After we report the information, you can expect the tradeline to show up on your commercial credit report within 30-45 days. However, the exact timeframe that the tradeline will show depends on the processing of the commercial bureau. We can't guarantee an exact timeframe.

Do you require a purchase of an annual membership before reporting tradelines?

No.

We don't charge an annual membership fee to report tradelines. However, if you meet the minimum requirements of Business Credit Starter and our Net30 accounts, we will report your tradelines. As with any account that reports to the commercial credit bureaus, you must pay on time to build a good payment history.

Will you stop reporting my account if I no longer utilize it?

No.

We must report your account activity monthly to the credit bureau even if you no longer use it. However, when building business credit, it is critical to establish a good payment history for active accounts with the latest information each month.

Can I have two active subscriptions for one business?

No.

Only one active subscription is allowed per business. If you cancel a subscription, you can reactivate it to add more payments to your credit report, which helps establish payment history.

What if I have multiple businesses, can I add a subscription to them?

Yes. However,

There is a limit of one subscription per business. You can add unlimited businesses to your main account, but each business, including your main, is only allowed one active subscription.

How do I add a subscription to an additional business?

We recommend following these steps on a computer for the best possible user experience.

1. Log in to your account page.

2. On the left-side bar, click the "Add A Business'" tab.

3. On the right-hand side, click Add Tradeline > Business Credit Starter.

4. Afterwards, you will fill out the form with your new business details and make your initial payment to activate the tradeline. You don't have to enter your personal details again.

5. You can sit back and rest; there's nothing else for you to do. The rest of the work to add your tradeline to your commercial credit report is on us, and we've got you covered.

Can I have a Credit Starter Subscription and a Net30 Account simultaneously?

Yes. Highly Recommended.

You can have the Business Credit Starter Subscription and Net30 simultaneously, as long as you meet the minimum requirements for each one. In a nutshell, you can have two separate tradelines report to your commercial credit report, which helps build your credit faster and more efficiently.

Can I sign up for the Net30 Account without re-entering all my details?

Yes.

Once you've signed up for the Business Credit Starter Subscription, you won't have to re-enter your personal and business details. We've streamlined the process, but you must log in to your account first. When you open the Net30 application, you'll just upload your State Articles of Incorporation, IRS Tax Letter, and a valid driver's license, since we have your details on file. But if we require additional information, we'll reach out.

Can I cancel my Credit Starter subscription at any time?

Yes.

You can cancel your subscription at any time in your account without any fees or penalties.

Will my Credit Starter Subscription be automatically canceled if I miss a payment?

No. However,

We will send out three notices after every unsuccessful attempt to capture the payment and what you can do to resolve it. We are here to help and want to see your business flourish; we won't cancel your subscription immediately. However, If your payment is delinquent after the third attempt, we will cancel the subscription, and you will have to repurchase to continue.

Can I reactivate my subscription at any time, and will I lose previous progress?

Yes, you can reactivate your subscription at any time by first logging in to your account, clicking the "Subscriptions" tab, and then clicking the "Reactivate" button. You'll be on the payment screen, where you can make a payment.

No, you won't lose any payments that you've made in the past; in fact, you will be adding to them with your new payments each month.

NET30 ACCOUNTS
